3 seconds from the podium at Spa

30+ cars were starting. With 4 cars including 2 starting on first lines, the team hopes a good result.

Stef and Arthur started from the middle of the grid. Their first contact with the car was here in Belgium, with no testing before... And a complicated weather during the qualifying session.

Arthur, discovered this famous 7km race track in the silhouette MitJet 2 litres: La Source, le Raidillon, les Combes, l'arrêt de bus, are legendary turns in Motorsport world !

Stef finally drive under wet conditions. In 2013 and 2014 there was no rain at all !

Race Format: 4 hours with 5 pitstop / refueling + drivers

Starting 15th, the track was drying quickly. Stef was concentrated to avoid mistakes.

Second at the first pit stop, Arthur has gone on a really wet track on sector 3.

Back on the 9th position, he adapt himself to the track and came back to the top 5.

Finally rain stopped and Stef restarted on a completely dry track.

The weather was going back and forth between rain and dry. The car was back to the box, and Arthur took the car with dry tyres under a little rain.

There was more and more drips, so the decision was taken to call back the car and put rain tyres.

Radio are strictly forbidden, so it wasn't easy to know the situation on track from the pit lane on that kind of racetrack.

So Stef take back the wheel..... But stayed on the same tyres.

In fact 3 turns where difficults, and the rest of the track was dry !

For the last change, Arthur restarted with rain tyres. He took the checkered flag after 4 hours and this time it's pouring everywhere.

"The 3rd position was almost acquired, so we are really happy of our progression during the weekend with Arthur.

And all that thanks to the quality job of Dominique Lecru's team, who see all of his 4 cars at the end of the race including a nice 2nd place. It would have be awesome to complete this podium, it will be for the next time !
