After a step-by-step preparation in private tests and on the Campos Academy simulator, RacingForPoland was in Jarama, near Madrid for it's first test in real conditions, with 2018 in perspective.

Our Lmp3, which racing colors were finished in the Spanish box, was finally pretty and fast.

The n'Race's setup worked well thanks to quality mechanics, serious driving analysis work by François Gagneux our engineer and Julien Gerbi our Coach, lets us show immediately a competitive pace of the Ligier #95

A curious contact with a "ghost driver" at the rear that shorted our free practice, a full yellow when Stef started on a new set during qualifying and a first lap contact impossible to avoid with a loosing control driver didn't impact the optimism of our red and white crew who starded on 6th position on the grid.

Stef: "We learned much during this weekend in Spain. Our evolution, our level, are the results of our attention, the analyse and a really professional team implication at every moments. Proud to be on this program which is representing Polish colors."

Tomasz: "My preparation on the simulator helped me a lot.
I'm satisfied of my progression because every lap I'm learning and understand what I can improved; and this in a nice atmosphere. Too bad that the circumstances beyond our responsibility have deprived us of the 4 hours of race that we hoped! "

Tomasz Blicharski was constantly going faster and faster throughout the weekend professionally while Stef Romecki, who knew the track, "did the job" on the qualification and the start, like he usually does.

We lived a positive first weekend that promesses nice things for the future and our fans all around the world were with us, encouraging and supporting in our good and less good times in Spain.

Olivier VIROLLE (N'RACE team manager) : "We came on that first racing weekend with a lot of unknow: new car, new drivers, new track... I have to say that the result is more than satisfying. The Blicharski/Romecki crew progressed all long the weekend. Helped by N'RACE's mechanics and engineer, Stefan did a nice qualification with a potencial best time 0,5s' faster, putting him in the first row, while Tomasz won more than 4 seconds after the free practice and fight with bests gentlemen.
Without the unfortunate incident at the start of the race where Stefan was the victim of the uncontroled Duqueine car, it's clear that we could fight for the podium for the first race.
Can't wait to see the team again and continu to work for 2018 which will be, I'm sure, a successful year"

Our wounded prototype will be soon repair by n'Race and we will be back stronger and faster, looking up for the future

Julien GERBI (Campos Academy Director): "As a technical and complicated track, Jarama need a lot of confidence and no mistakes, I'm really happy with Tomasz and Stefan's performances. For a first time in the LMP3, Stefan shows a really good speed, able to fight in the first rows. Tomasz progressed a lot during the weekend and was on fighting with the best gentlemen during the qualifying session. Unfortunately, the incident at the start ruined our chance to see their racing pace and we have to wait for the next event to work on that.
Globally, this first meeting with RacingForPoland was positive, and really promising for the future"
